Returns

We always want to ensure that our customers are fully excited about our products and confident in their purchase. If you are unsatisfied with you product for any reason, we will honor returns within 14 days of delivery, and refund your payment.

The customer is responsible for cost as well as physically shipping item(s) back to our Good Judy address (below) and they must be received in unused, brand new condition, including the original tags and packaging - Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to verify restocking quality, we will refund your payment - to your original payment method.

Please note that we must receive the package back in our studio within 14 days of original delivery.

Please send an email to info@goodjudy.com.com to inform us of the Return.

Please include a copy of your original order email in the package - or please include your name, address, email address and order number in the package.

Please understand that if the item is returned used, damaged and beyond restocking quality - or if the item is returned beyond the return policy interval - a refund will not be honored and the item will be returned at the customer's expense.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, intimate items (such as underwear), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
